THE DINING-ROOM, THE TERRACES:

" La Fargo " with a vast dining-room, bar, lounge, piano and fireplace and a limitednumber of guests to preserve your intimacy, offers you the best quality of service and attention. The large round tables favor a cool and easy atmosphere.

With the first warm days you can enjoy the terraces cooled by the river Orbieu and its irrigation canal, while admiring the typical landscape of this little Corbières valley. In the evening you will dine under the kiwifruit pergola, charmed by the singing of the nightingales and the fragrance of the garrigue in the calm of a summer night.

We cook fresh products of the season in a simple but refined way.

In a contemporary style, it has wide mediterrannean sources.

Wines and cheeses are traditionally made in farms located in the heart of the Corbières.

Most of the home made pastries and deserts are made of garden and orchard fruits.
